- To confirm your event registration, seat allocation, and verify check-ins at the venue.
- To issue digital entry passes (tickets) and send notifications regarding schedule updates or speaker announcements.
- To generate and email personalized participation/merit certificates.
- To maintain our academic gamification leaderboard and assign ranking scores.
3. Payment Processing via Razorpay
For paid events, online payments are processed securely through **Razorpay Software Private Limited**. IEDC CE Vadakara does not store your credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI credentials. All payment details are encrypted and handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
4. Data Storage and Security
Your profile data and registrations are stored in secure cloud database servers. We implement appropriate organizational and technical safeguards, including SSL encryption, secure tokens, and row-level access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Our websites use essential cookies and session storage key tokens to manage user login states, keep you authenticated on dashboard pages, and remember security preferences.
