Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Registration Finality (No Refunds)
**All registrations are final.** Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or exchanged under any circumstances. Participants are requested to review all event details, prerequisites, dates, and times carefully before completing their payment.
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by **IEDC CE Vadakara** due to unforeseen technical difficulties, natural occurrences, or university scheduling conflicts, the organizers reserve the absolute right to decide whether participants will receive:
- A direct refund back to the original payment source.
- A credit note of equivalent value valid for future event entries.
- A direct registration transfer to the newly rescheduled event date.
In cases where refunds are issued due to organizer cancellation, the amount will be processed back to the participant's original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days, net of any payment gateway processing fees.
3. Duplicate Transactions
If your bank account was debited multiple times due to payment gateway connectivity lapses during registration, please contact our support team immediately at iedc@cev.ac.in. Upon verification of duplicate transactions, duplicate amounts will be refunded in full.
