These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in events, workshops, programs, and use of digital platforms hosted by the **Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, College of Engineering Vadakara (IEDC CE Vadakara)**. By completing registrations or entering our events, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. Event Registrations and Approval
All event registrations submitted on our platform are subject to review by the organizing committee. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or cancel registration entries (including those with completed payments) based on seat limitations, eligibility criteria, or security considerations.
2. Ticket Validity & Non-Transferability
Each digital entry pass (ticket or QR code) issued is valid only for the specific participant named during registration and for the designated event session. **Tickets are strictly non-transferable**. You may not resell, exchange, or share your ticket code with other individuals.
3. Right of Schedule Modification
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, program structures, venue details, speaker line-ups, or hands-on activities without prior notice. If an event undergoes significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates to registrants via email.
4. Venue Rules and Compliance
By attending our events, you agree to comply with all safety instructions, code of conduct, and administrative guidelines enforced at the physical venue (e.g. College of Engineering Vadakara campus). Any participant violating venue rules or damaging physical assets will be held solely responsible.
5. Misconduct and Attendee Removal
IEDC CE Vadakara enforces a strict anti-harassment policy. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant from the venue immediately if they engage in abusive language, non-cooperative behavior, harassment, or violate the safety protocols. In such cases, registrations will be terminated, and **no refunds** will be provided.
6. Final Decisions
The decisions of the IEDC CE Vadakara executive committee, faculty coordinators, and event judges are final and binding on all matters related to event coordination, ranking metrics, hackathon evaluations, points allocations, and awards.
